Should you instruct us to carry out the fit-out process, procurement and schedules are continuously managed for timely delivery as we will be cross-checking every design and procurement detail.

This product is a Digital Package that is frequently revised and updated as your project progress at every stage and is accessible via your log in.
Via the ‘My Account’ section you can access your downloadable pdf files for your products links, specifications, visualisations and any additional digital documents. Certain pdf. files that include i.e. Concept Design Board will be emailed to you for your approvals.
The expected timeframe for our design service is 15 business days for purchases from’ ‘Shop the Look’ and 25 business days for ‘Rooms Design’.
Should there be any major revisions to the project, this could extend the project submission completion by 1 week.
We will inform any changes throughout the project with smooth and regular communication.
