We provide professional, project-specific solutions for your chosen space, complete with quick turnaround times and a curated selection of in-house furniture and products.

You share details about your space, style preferences, budget, and any specific needs through a questionnaire via the account you will have created on our website.

Through our Style Workshop the designer creates mood boards, layouts, and recommendations, often including furniture, colour schemes, and decor ideas.

We design various spaces such as Living Rooms, Bedrooms, Dining Rooms, and Kids' Rooms. With years of expertise in architecture and interior design, Glowy Interiors offers professional solutions efficiently and cost-effectively through our Shop The Look and Room Design services. Led by experienced interior designers and architects, Glowy team is ready to apply their innovative design principles tailored to your selected spaces.

 

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SHOP THE LOOK AND ROOM DESIGN?

 

Shop the Look service allows you to purchase pre-designed rooms with all the products shown in our displayed photos. The design is then adapted to fit your specific space and dimensions. It’s a quick and convenient way to achieve a professionally styled space without extensive customisation. It is a quicker purchase service compared to more tailored design solutions.

Room Design Service is a more tailored experience where the design is built around your preferences and needs using your chosen products. It begins with a Questionnaire and Style Workshop to gather your ideas, then progresses interactively via “My Design” platform, where you upload your survey materials and receive a Concept Design Board, Layout Plans, and a detailed Product & Price List.

Glowy Interiors allows you to decorate your living spaces easily and elegantly with preselected combinations of decorative elements. Our products are designed by a professional of architects, interior architects and industrial designers, are manufactured by experienced craftsmen in our metalwork, furniture, upholstery, and sewing workshops.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR LEAD TIMES FOR YOUR SERVICES?

 

The expected timeframe for our design service is 15 business days for purchases from Shop The Look and 25 business days for Room Design, starting from the completion of all required documents. Should there be any major revisions to the project, this could extend the project submission completion by 1 week. We will inform any changes throughout the project with smooth and regular communication.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR REFUND POLICIES?

 

If we have received all the necessary data from you and have started your project; unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund. Similarly, if you decide not to proceed with any or all of the furniture and products listed in the product and price list, we cannot provide a refund. Therefore, we kindly ask you to read our terms & conditions carefully and inform us if you decide to discontinue our services before we start your room project.

 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO APPLY ALREADY BOUGHT PACKAGE TO ANOTHER ROOM IF I CHANGED MY MIND?

 

Once you have uploaded your sketch, style study, and photos to our system and the project design process has begun, you cannot transfer the design and consultancy service fee to another room type.

However, changes can be made before the process starts. If there is a difference in service fees and you have made an incomplete payment, we will ask you to complete the remaining amount. On the other hand,

if you have overpaid due to switching service types, we will refund the excess amount.

 

DO I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REQUEST CHANGES TO THE PROJECT AFTER THE CONCEPT DESIGN BOARD AND PRODUCT LIST ARE RECEIVED?

 

If your requests involve changes to specific products, we can replace one time only of the items with the new alternatives, according to your preferences. We are confident that we will create a concept that meets or even exceeds your expectations based on the information you provide and your guidance in the style study. However, if your expectations differ significantly and you wish for a new study from a different perspective, we can undertake another study for an additional fee at half price of the original design and consultancy fee.

 

CAN I GIFT A PRODUCT OR SERVICE FROM GLOWY INTERIORS?

 

Yes. We can help you with the arrangements of your gift of Glowy products of services for your loved ones.

 

HOW CAN I CARRY OUT THE SURVEY OF MY ROOM CORRECTLY?

 

Firstly, please start by downloading our Self Guide Brochure at the bottom of our website. We can also send you this if you prefer. The brochure is a self-explanatory document that shows with image examples of how to correctly provide Glowy team all of the required dimensions of your space. We can also assist you when needed.
