We suggest you to read cautiously these terms before using our website. These terms of use explain the way you can you use our website. Please read through, and ensure you understand, these terms before placing your order.
By continuing to browse on our website, you accept these terms and conditions we offer. If you do not agree with these terms of the policy, you must not use our website and submit an order. Glowy Interiors reserves the right to modify, alter, or update these Terms of Use and Sale from time to time. By accepting these Terms of Use and Sale, you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates.
I. SHIPPING
Our Customer Services and Shipping teams work hard to get the items you buy safely to your door. Please read our shipping policy to learn more about how and when your order is shipped. If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, feel free to contact us. Your request will be answered promptly.
1. Estimated Shipping Times:
Estimated shipping times will vary depending on your order. We will e-mail you an order tracking number on the day your order is shipped so you can easily keep track of your order.
Please note the shipping time given for an item you purchase is only an estimate and the actual delivery time may change.
2. Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available for certain items at extra cost. Please e-mail us at glowy@glowyinteriors.co.uk for details on how to expedite your order.
II. EXCHANGE, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our main goal. If you are not fully satisfied with our item, there are several ways we can resolve the situation.
Please check the item when it arrives. We accept requests for exchange within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery if items are damaged in transit.
If you wish to return an item without a reason, the item has to be in perfect condition, with labels attached and in its original packaging.
We will give you a full refund if you contact us for a return within 14 days from the date of delivery once we receive the item and it is in its original packaging. In this situation, the customer shall pay return shipping costs and any applicable customs charges.
We will give you a full refund within 14 business days upon approval of the returned item. If the item is not returned in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or to deduct up to 90% of the original sale price from the refund.
1. Our products
Products may differ slightly from their images. You can be sure that we do our best to reflect our items’ colours accurately when photographing and filming them. As almost all our goods are hand-made, we make every effort for the examples in the photos to be as close to the original as possible. All the sizes, weights, dimensions, and measurements on our site have a 2% margin of error.
2. Your right to make changes
Please contact us if you want to make changes to the item you purchased, If the change you request is possible, we will tell you how this affects the item's price and lead time, and act only on receiving your approval.
3. Changes to the Items:
We shall inform you if we have to make changes to our items for any of the following reasons. You have the right to cancel the order and accept a refund after we inform you.
In the event of an unforeseen supply problem/inability to obtain the raw materials for certain colours or wood veneer surfaces, we will provide the item’s materials in an alternative colour or veneer to the one you ordered, or with your consent;
4. Provision of Goods
The delivery charges and times for the goods you purchase will be what you were told when you placed the order.
5. Your rights if we deliver late:
5.1 You have legal rights if we deliver any item late. We deliver your orders within 30 days. But If we miss the delivery deadline for any item, you can treat the agreement as if had terminated immediately if any of the following applies:
5.2 We are not liable for delays beyond our control. If our supply of goods is delayed due to an incident beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible and do our best to minimize the impact of the delay.
5.3 If you are not at home when the item is delivered, or if there is no-one at your address to take delivery, contact us to rearrange delivery.
5.4 If you do not rearrange delivery, we will contact you. If the next delivery fails, we may charge you storage fees exceeding one week and additional delivery fees. If despite our reasonable efforts we still cannot contact you or arrange delivery or the collection of additional fees, we may terminate the agreement.
6. Your rights to terminate the agreement
If you terminate the agreement for such reasons as items being defective/damaged/altered/undelivered, the agreement will end immediately and we will give you a full refund for the items that were not provided or properly provided. If you terminate the agreement for any reason other than those listed below, unless there is a problem with the items, you may not be entitled to a full refund because we will deduct a reasonable amount of compensation to reflect the losses we incurred due to your cancellation. If the item you ordered was made according to custom requirements and we cannot sell it to another customer, this could count as significant losses.
7. Our right to terminate the agreement:
We can terminate the agreement if you are in violation of it. If you do not let us deliver the items to you or take them from you in a reasonable time, we can terminate the agreement for the item at any time by notifying you in writing.
8. If there is a problem with the item

III. PRICE AND PAYMENT:
The prices, VAT rates, and shipping costs of any item can be found on that item’s sales page. You must pay for the goods on the site when we accept your order.
We accept most credit and debit cards including Visa Bank and credit cards, MasterCard, and American Express.
IV. NON FURNITURE ORDERS
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Glowy Interior will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it at least 48 hours prior to dispatch. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- - If the product is unavailable from stock.
- - If we cannot acquire authorisation for your payment.
- - If there are any product description or product pricing errors.
- - If the order does not carry the criteria set out in the Terms & Conditions.
We keep the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by a Customer Services representative.
a. Contract Cancellation - Distance Selling Regulations
You are free to cancel this contract if you wish to do so, provided you exercise your right no more than 14 days after the day on which you receive your delivery.
To execute your right of cancellation you must give written notice to Glowy Interior via letter or email with full details of your order or speak to a Customer Services representative. If you execute your right of cancellation after the items have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning your order to Glowy Interior at your own cost. Further, you must take reasonable care to ensure the items are not damaged in the meantime or whilst in transit.
Glowy Interior keeps the right to refuse a refund on any item should it not be returned in fully resalable condition.
Products that fall into the following categories will not be refunded unless they are proven to be faulty;
- - Any goods made to a customer's own customisation, e.g. made to measure or personalised items
- - Self-assembly furniture cannot be returned once assembly is partially or fully completed.
- - Mattresses or mattress toppers, bed linen or pillows that are not unopened in their original packaging.
If you wish to execute your right to cancel this contract prior to order dispatch, please email glowy@glowyinteriors.co.uk immediately. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the procedure set out in Refund & Returns. This does not affect your statutory rights.
b. Product Description
Each particular product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to make sure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.
Although we intend to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information, including Product Descriptions, appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.
c. Payment
All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery.
You verify that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery.
d. Refusal of Transaction
We keep the right to withdraw any products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
We will not be responsible to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this Website whether or not that product has been sold, removing or editing any materials or content on the Website, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
To be eligible to purchase products on this Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under English law you must:

V. FURNITURE ORDERS
As many of Glowy Interior exclusive and designer furniture items are made to order, the delivery times will vary between each item. On point of purchase Glowy Interior will take full payment in advance of delivery, however, for our cancellation and refund policy please see below.
a. Access
The customer will be responsible for providing Glowy Interior with access to the delivery address as necessary for the delivery. You must also ensure that access is suitable for the delivery of your goods, for example doorway large enough, enough space to manoeuvre the product through the house, road accessible to delivery van, parking permits available if required.
Before placing your order, where there is any doubt we suggest you conduct a site survey and make Glowy Interior aware of any concerns so we can discuss best methods of delivery with you in advance. Glowy Interior will not pay for any extra fees or damages caused to your goods or property due to access issues that are not advised and agreed in advance.
We can only deliver through a ground floor or basement level and go up to second floor. If any alternative arrangements need to be made via specialist delivery companies then any additional charges are to be paid by you, the Customer.
We keep the rights to cancel your order, in the event we are not able to place the order with our supplier. In these cases, we will refund all payments in full but will not be required to pay any compensation.
b. Short Delivery, Defective or Damaged Goods
We strongly urge you to thoroughly check your goods upon receipt. To protect your interests, any claim concerning short delivery and/or damaged and/or defective goods found on delivery, or concerning damaged or defective goods found at a later date, must be notified as soon as possible to our customer services department +447704376533. We do not accept any claims for damage caused by you the customer.
c. Contract Cancellation and Returns Procedure for Furniture Orders
You are entitled to cancel this contract if you wish to do so, provided you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive your delivery. To exercise your right of cancellation you must give written notice to Glowy Interior via letter or email with full details of your order or speak to a Customer Services representative.
If you wish to cancel this contract once your order has been dispatched, please note the following procedure will apply: Should you wish to return a furniture item we will arrange to collect this item from you and will apply an appropriate collection charge
The collection charge will be the same cost as the original delivery charge levied and will be deducted from the refund value when processed.
If the original delivery charge was free then collection will be charged.

Glowy Interior reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item should the item not be returned in a fully resalable condition.
You will be refunded to the card with which you paid for the goods once the goods have been returned back into our Distribution Centre. Please note that your original delivery charges will not be refunded. A refund of the delivery charge will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
d. Refusal of Refund
Glowy Interior reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or reduce an appropriate up to %90 of the original selling price from the refund amount if we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition. Products which fall into the following categories will not be refunded unless they are proven to be faulty;
- - Any goods made to a customer's own specifications, made to measure or personalised items
- - Self-assembly furniture cannot be returned once assembly is part or fully completed
- - Mattresses or mattress toppers

e. Returns Procedure for Damaged Furniture Deliveries (online only)

g. Product Specifications
Glowy Interiors keep the right to change the specifications of our products without prior notice. The measurements of all products are as accurate as possible but some variation may apply. Please ensure you are aware of the natural characteristics of the materials in the construction of your furniture, how to care for your products and the normal ageing process. Showroom models may vary in age and therefore your goods may vary in appearance from an older model on the shop floor.
There may also be a slight variation between fabric batches, the most common variation being colour. Whilst we make every effort to ensure your product is manufactured from the same fabric batch we cannot guarantee any subsequent orders placed at a later date will match your original order. We cannot accept any liability for discolouration or fading due to exposure to direct or indirect sunlight.
h. Furniture Measurements
The dimensions given are written for your guidance. Before ordering, please check that there is adequate room to take the furniture through any doorways and windows, taking note of any restricted passageways, stairs and awkward turns. Please refer to our access guidelines for further information.
i. Payment

We reserve the right to keep all customer details on Glowy Interior ordering system and a paper copy of your details at our Head Office until such a time we deem it suitable to destroy them. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure all information remains confidential.
VII. E-GIFT CARDS
The following terms are applicable to E-gift cards only.
E-gift cards are available with a minimum value of £ 10 and a maximum value of £200, as applicable.
E-gift cards are valid for 24 months from date of last use whereby the remaining balance will be deducted, after such time the Gift Tender shall expire. Last use is when a E-gift card has been activated or redeemed.
There are no limitations on how many times a E-gift card can be used (until the balance is £0.00). If you do not spend the entire balance on a Gift Card, the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction and shown on your printed till receipt. E-gift card balance enquiries can be obtained in store, UK online (Gift Card balance check page) or by calling +447704376533 from the UK or +447704376533) from outside the UK (Calling rates may vary).
The risk in any E-gift card shall pass to you upon Glowy Interor’s electronic transmission to you. The E-gift card remains the property of Glowy Inteiror, and may not be tampered or interfered with, without Glowy Interior consent.
E-gift cards will be sent by email to your designated email account you’ve provided to us, as soon as Glowy Interior is in receipt of cleared payment for the E-gift card.
Glowy Interior shall not be liable or responsible for E-gift cards that are unable to be delivered due to the customer error (for example, typing errors, misspelled or incorrect email addresses), spam filters, firewalls or mailbox restrictions and all of the information, including but not limited to any personal data, that you will log into our e-Gift Card system shall be at your sole responsibility and discretion. Glowy Interior do not currently collect or maintain any personally identifiable information regarding the purchasers of the Cards. However, we reserve the right to obtain personal information about you in accordance with the Privacy Notice found here if such information is necessary to service the Card or respond to your inquiries or for other purposes.

XI. CONCESSIONS
For products purchased from branded concessions on the Glowy Interior Website, Glowy Interior act as an agent on behalf of the concessionaire. For vat purposes the liability rests with concessionaire and vat invoices can be issued by the concessionaire on request.
